The original video is available on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix29s_Gg5yY After watching this video, changing the size of points in a ggplot2 generated scatter plot will be a breeze! In this episode of Code Club, Pat shows how you can easily create a gradient of point sizes to include more data in an ordination using geom_point and scale_size. He'll also discuss whether it's a good idea to do this. Regardless, you'll leave this video with the skills you need to create a bubble chart. Pat will use RStudio and functions from the ggplot2 package and other packages from the tidyverse. The accompanying blog post can be found at https://www.riffomonas.org/code_club/.... Do you have a figure that you would like to receive a critique or help improving? Let me know and I'd be happy to arrange a guest appearance!
