Check your posture by standing with your back facing a solid wall, check which parts of your body are touching the wall without any effort on your part. Your feet, hips, shoulder blades, and the back of your head should all be resting against the wall if you have the proper posture. You can also check your hands, check how your hands rest naturally when you stand. Are your palms hanging parallel to your sides, or are they curved inward so that they face your thighs? If one or both of your palms is facing from the front to your thighs, this means that you tend to slump or slouch forward and the common cause of this is spending large amount of time hunched over a computer or laptop screen.
