Asus pg279q often and quickly flickers when loading windows 7

as well as when loading in other full-screen applications.maybe someone faced such a problem? gsync is enabled in both window and fullscreen mode. Each download is flashed. sometimes the monitor blinks because i got up and moved away from the computer desk. as if the magnetic field makes it blink. Is it related to the magnetic field or is it a defective monitor matrix?
