Game cheating A.I.s - 01 - Assassin's Creed III (Cowboy Checkers)

I had the game twice, but for some reason the game won't let me make the winning move... Skynet is real!!! or whatever it calls itself in reality, there are times when u know u'll win but the game hangs, crash, or just straight won't let u make the move... :S
