NASA Previews InSight Mars Landing
Original air date: November 25, 2018 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET) NASA's Mars Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport (InSight) spacecraft is on track for a touchdown on the surface of the Red Planet on Nov. 26. One day before landing, the mission team provides an update and explanations of everything that must go right during the entry, descent and landing of the spacecraft.
