Feros: Geth, Varren, Water & Power - Mass Effect 1 Insanity Walkthrough Part 36 [100% Completionist

More problems on Feros in this part of our Completionist Mass Effect 1 Insanity Walkthrough: Not only are more Geth attacking Zhu’s Hope but the colony also needs food, water and power. To solve those issues we go down into the tunnels where we can quickly find and take out more Geth troops. After a nasty encounter with three Krogan we find the Geth transmitter, destroy it and complete the “Geth in the Tunnels” assignment. To give the colonists access to food we have to take out some Varren in a small section of collapsed skyway. We kill the Alpha Varren and also find some power cells on a damaged vehicle, completing both the “Varren Meat” and the “Power Cells” assignment. Finally, we turn all three water valves back on to solve the “Water Restoration” assignment and return to the colony to grab our rewards in the form of money and Paragon points. Missions & Assignments (partly) covered and/or completed in this episode: • Feros: Geth Attack • Feros: Water Restoration • Feros: Varren Meat • Feros: Power Cells • Feros: Geth in the Tunnels • UNC: Espionage Probe In this Completionist Mass Effect Insanity Walkthrough we try to beat the all Mass Effect missions and assignments on Insanity difficulty. That means we need to strategically plan missions by selecting a suitable squad with weapons that fit them. We will use tactics and strategy to survive and finish every single mission and assignment without using glitches like the famous “Therum Mining Laser XP Glitch”. To fully make this a completionist playthrough we will also collect all codex entries, weapon and armor licenses, grenade and medi-gel upgrades. We will visit every system, survey every planet and collect everything there is to collect. When the time is right, we will also complete both the Pinnacle Station DLC and the Bring down the Sky DLC. Whenever possible we will also try to grab all achievements – unfortunately however, the list of Mass Effect achievements is impossible to complete in a single playthrough, so we won’t be focusing too much on them. You can find a list of all achievements (including DLC) covered in this insanity walkthrough at the bottom of the video description. ► Click here for the full Mass Effect playlist to watch all episodes of this Completionist Insanity Walkthrough: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_lgEqY9K6UUL3VnBAXLsJXPSeNcvtQ1D ► Subscribe to my channel for more Completionist Let’s Plays and Walkthroughs: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0Xe2bvq_2uucE2IRALSR_Q?sub_confirmation=1 Facebook: https://fb.me/PeteCompleteOfficial Twitter: https://twitter.com/Pete_Complete Background for the Outro made by Justin Davis: http://u3190.deviantart.com/ Mass Effect is a science fiction action role-playing third-person shooter video game developed by the Canadian company BioWare and released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Microsoft Windows PCs. It is the first game of the Mass Effect series, taking place within the Milky Way galaxy in the year 2183. Mass Effect was released in 2007 and has received much praise for its story-telling and the depths of the Mass Effect universe. In the game we play as Commander John Shepard of the Human Systems Alliance who is faced with the trivial task of saving the galaxy. List of achievements covered in this Mass Effect Insanity Walkthrough: • Medal of Honor • Completionist • Tactician • Distinguished Service Medal • Medal of Heroism • Honorarium of Corporate Service • Council Legion of Merit • Medal of Valor • Power Gamer • Spectre Inductee • Search and Rescue • Charismatic • Paramour • Paragon • Renegade • Dog of War • Geth Hunter • Scholar • Medal of Exploration • Rich • Pistol Expert • Assault Rifle Expert • Bring down the Sky DLC: Colonial Savior • Pinnacle Station DLC: New Sheriff in Town • Pinnacle Station DLC: Best of the Best • Pinnacle Station DLC: Undisputed The achievements “Long Service Medal” and “Extreme Power Gamer” require two playthroughs of Mass Effect, while the “Distinguished Combat Medal” achievement needs to be unlocked to be able to play on Insanity difficulty. Therefore those three achievements are not listed above. It is however possible to accumulate 75% of both Paragon and Renegade points in one playthrough, so both achievements are listed. To get the various ally achievements (complete min. 45 assignments with the same squad mates) we would once again have to play through the game several times, so while we might unlock one or two of them by natural progression, they are not a focus of this walkthrough and therefore not listed above. The ability mastery achievements (Lift mastery, Barrier mastery etc.) are only unlocked if the abilities are used by Shepard himself. Since our Commander Shepard is a soldier who does not have access to any of those abilities, the related achievements are excluded from the list above. All Mass Effect gameplay for this playthrough on insanity difficulty was recorded on the PC at 1080p.
