Skyrim - Shrine of Talos
This Shrine is actually part of a small questline named Civil War, and in one quest (Which is Elisif's Tribute) you will have to visit this Shrine to complete it. And by completing that, you will unlock the house in Solitude which is the Proudspire Manor and it costs 25000 Septims. Pretty nice place.
