We've got a super strong, up to 500 calorie burning shadow boxing workout for you with challenging dumbbell intervals to build your strength and power! Get ready for some serious sweat & burn! This is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere.
