The main purpose of this program is to calculate the geometric constants of the ellipsoid, i.e., to determine the eccentricity (e) and the semi-minor axis (b) if the ellipsoid is defined by the dynamic flattening factor J2 (rather than the semi-minor axis b, eccentricity e, or flattening f) alongside the semi-major axis a of the ellipsoid. Основная цель этой программы - вычисление геометрических констант эллипсоида, то есть определение эксцентриситета (e) и малой полуоси (b), если эллипсоид задан с использованием динамического коэффициента сплющенности J2 (а не малой полуоси b, эксцентриситета e или сплющенности f) вместе с большой полуосью a эллипсоида.
