Asus Netbook Black Screen No Boot

This is Asus netbook, when the power button pressed will working but no anything in the screen. If we look at the screen, this will changes to more black after the power button pressed, but no booting process. Because this netbook using singlechips so we try to reflow the single chips using the heater blower
