R-XSR | What's Going On Here? 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥••••••UPDATE 2-19-2021•••••🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 The receiver (r-xsr) and the radio (in this case - qx7) has to be on the same firmware. They have to match up or they won't work together. Let me add to this.. Frsky had done some naughty stuff here and made things really confusing for newer people. There's 3 different Frsky firmware versions that are in play and it makes old users MAD, intermediate users frustrated, and new users loose interest in the hobby due to confusion. Worst yet, companies are selling the stuff and obviously have little understanding of the issue to help thier customers. I did this video when I noticed the crap was hitting the fan with Frsky and I have completely gotten away from the brand. Backward compatibility is a must! That said, I am totally willing to help you out!
