GTA Underground Snapshot It's now Project Police Notoriety in Liberty City

All gangs replace as police. Anytime I hit any car including player 2's car I just give a wanted level. Police strict any reckless to others doesn't apply to objects. Cops are fair to kill other gangs if they shoot. Most impressive thing is cops are approved then original wanted level. They can go on a driveby just blasting your tires compare to spikes strips in LCS. CJ reacts to police with no actual stars LOL!
