MAFIA 3 30FPS? NO! (MAFIA III FRAMERATE LOCKED TO 30FPS ON PC)

So Mafia 3 has just been released on PC and reports are in that it is locked to 30fps as the framerate. This is pretty stupid. They have come out with a statement that there will be a patch soon however, I thought I would just make this video to inform you and update anybody that follows my channel and let you know that my series will be late due to this issue! We still do not know when the patch for Mafia 3 is coming out. Nobody knows when the patch will be released but once it is I will start my videos!
