Goku Training Program (4 Day Split)
In this video I have for you a training program that will help you build a physique similar to Son Goku. This program would be good for early intermediates or someone that is getting out of the beginner stages of training. Let me know what you think of the program and if you decide to run it let me know so we can share the progress! *Important* A few things I forgot to mention in the video. This program should be part of a bulking or gaining phase. While you are trying to replicate Gokus physique you need to gain muscle first so you can later cut down to get to a similar amount of leanness. He also has a lean physique but that amount of leanness may not be suitable for continued progress. You can cut down to a leaner state (10%-12% body fat) then go on another gaining phase. I would gain for at least a few months at least (5-6) so you have plenty of time to gain and maintain new muscle before cutting down. A lot of this depends on your overall goals but these are some suggestions that should help you run the program and enjoy the gains you are making. Happy training!
