CrossFit Benchmark WOD: Filthy Fifty - my score: 20:19
A classic CrossFit benchmark WOD named Filthy fifty. 50 box jumpovers, 50 pullups (originally jumping pull-ups) 50 kettlebell swings, 50 lunges, 50 knees to elbows, 50 Push press, 50 wall balls, 50 burpees, 50 double unders. The only difference was that I did pull-ups instead of jumping pull-ups, and no back extension. Also box jumpovers instead of box jumps. My score: 20:19 all weights RX
