EASY MOROCCAN LENTIL SOUP RECIPE | HEALTHY VEGAN DINNER IDEA

Thank you! ⭐ SUBSCRIBE to my channel ➡ https://bit.ly/2ZUlSU1 💡Click on the [CC] text on top right and the three dots, click CAPTIONS to TRANSLATE, and you can activate sub-headings. 💥 Detox Lentil Soup Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Onion, chopped 1 cup Carrot, chopped 1 cup Celery, chopped 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1 cup Potato, chopped 1 tsp Turmeric 2 tsp Ground Ginger 2 tsp Smoked Paprika 2 tsp Ground Cumin 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp Sea Salt (plus more to taste) 1/2 tsp black pepper (plus more to taste) 1 cup Red Lentils 1 cup Green or Brown Lentils 4 cups Vegetable Broth 2 cups Water 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste 1/2 cup Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk 2 cups Spinach 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Coconut Yogurt for garnish Chopped Parsley for garnish 💥 Detox Lentil Soup Instructions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a dutch oven or large stock pot. Add onions, celery, carrot and cook for about 2 minutes. Add potato and cook for 3 minutes until everything softens slightly. 2. Add spices, salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes. 3. Add lentils and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add vegetable broth, water and tomato paste. Bring the soup to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer, about 25-30 minutes. 4. Add almond milk and spinach. Cook for 1 minute. 5. Add lemon juice. Turn off the heat and add remaining spinach. 6.
