Energy Bites & Variations
Our classic Energy Bite recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup peanut butter/all-natural sunbutter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 cup rolled oats 3-4 tbsp hemp hearts Mix nut butter and maple syrup until combined. All remaining ingredients and stir. Taking out a teaspoon of the mixture at a time, make a ball. Eat right away or roll in some fun ingredients! Makes approximately 10-15 energy bites. These can stay in the fridge or freezer for up to two weeks.
