Nokia Browser, Mail & Store for S40 do not work without a SIM card

Nokia has provided WiFi capabilities in few of the budget S40 feature phones. But unlike the Symbian devices, you cannot use the WiFi connection to browse the web or the store if there is no SIM card in your phone.
