Strange SWTOR Glitch

I found a strange glitch while playing SWTOR. When I was wandering around my stronghold I right-clicked on Kira Carsen and Arcann randomly spawned next to me. I have never had Arcann as a companion or a decoration on that server before so it was especially weird. After a few minutes he de-spawned, never to be seen again.
