Team Fortress 2 - Short stream tests - trying to figure this thing out 🖥1.1

Trying to get the steam to not lag and work properly. I set the cpu priority to high yesterday but it went back to normal when I checked it later 🤔 Setting cpu priority to High. testing stream at 720p 😎 2012 xbox 360 mic. Just use a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter and plug it into computer mic input.
