Khrystyna and her two sons Viktor and Andriy have been living in a high mountain village of Ukraine far from the war for more than a year. Sometimes Khrystyna cooks outside on the fire. Magnificent mountain views, rural landscapes contribute to the desire to spend time outside and cook food over a fire. Сheese and potato bread, baked in a pan recipe (no oven, no eggs ) recipe: Let's make the dough: 220 ml of water at room temperature; 30 ml of olive oil; 400 grams of flour; 20 g of live yeast or 8 g of dry yeast; 1 tsp salt and sugar. Add 20 g of live or 8 g of dry yeast to the water, then 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of salt and mix everything thoroughly and add 400 g of flour, then knead the dough and add 30 ml of oil. Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours at room temperature so that it rises. We make the dough and add grated cheese with mashed potatoes.
