✳️ AVOCADO SANDWICHES Ingredients: - Avocado - Lemon juice - Salt - Bread Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel. Either throw the pulp into a blender and grind until smooth, or knead with a fork. Salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, add spices and mix. Finely chop the tomato, add to the avocado. We fry the bread in a pan or in a toaster, apply a spread, sprinkle with grated cheese. ✳️QUESADILLA WITH AVOCADO Ingredients for 3-4 servings: - Flatbread Tortillas - 150-200g boiled chicken (can be replaced with ham, smoked chicken, cooked meat) - 100g cheese - 1 large tomato - 1 avocado - 0.5 red onion - 0.5 bell pepper We cut all the ingredients, except for the cakes, either into thin slices or into strips.
