Fix for GTA V Screen Tearing on PC Change to "windowed borderless" to fix, do not use fullscreen If you look from 0:03 to 0:27 in the video you will see differens. In Windowed Bordless is fixed, in fullscreen its screen tearing. Look at the between the posts carefully in the video With Vsync on, it makes the game laggy in some places of the map, with windowed borderless it dosent lag at all and also fixed the screen tear. I have BENQ GL2450 monitor. This fixed my problem I had.
