EP 38 Danzig - Am I Demon - Bass Cover (Includes online and downloadable tab)

"Am I Demon" is a song from Danzig's eponymous debut album, released in 1988 on Rick Rubin's Def American Recordings label. The bass player on the record is Eerie Von. I really enjoy the Sabbath meets Steppenwolf kinda vibe to this song and I'm definitely going to do some more Danzig songs. I also had a bit of fun editting the video as well! In addition to the onscreen tab, PDF and Guitar Pro format copies are available here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bo51mq0dgosbxe4/AAA4CA8V-4FEi-XWTtOGjcQ5a?dl=0 When I was recording this I got a bit carried away and started playing 4 bars into the guitar intro. If you want to play it as it was recorded, simply add 4 bars rest to the beginning and ignore the first repeat (ie play the main riff once before going down to the C for the chorus part) For this song I used my Ibanez SR500 with the EQ set flat apart from the treble control which I turned all the down. I plugged the bass into an ART DI box which was connected to a Steinberg UR44C interface. For this I used a compressor plugin to level out the input before going into the TSE BOD Sansamp clone VST (which is available for free by going to: https://www.tseaudio.com/software/tseBOD) The video was filmed using a Samsung A41 smartphone. The tab was created using Go PlayAlong 4 and captured using NCH Debut. This was then composited and edited using DaVinci Resolve 16.
