V002 - PT2-WINDOWS INSTALLER/SETUPE.EXE VISUAL STUDIO 2019

This program shows the user how to build a simple C++ program, compile it into an executable, and install the executable on the desktop/program solutions of any machine. In this program series will be working to enhance our solution for a Toni Garrn Video wall which will change in time.
