But, that's where I come to the rescue. With my true and proven recipes, I can help you save tons of money by teaching you how to make items, such as vegan mayo, at home yourself. Ingredients: - 3 cups of Canola Oil (or Vegetable Oil if You Prefer) - 1/2 cup of Lemon Juice - 1 can of chickpeas - A dash of salt -1 tsp of Dijon Mustard Directions: 1. Pour 3 cups of Canola Oil into blender, along with 1/2 cup of lemon juice, the liquid portion from the can of chickpeas, 1/2 of the chickpeas, a dash of salt, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard. 2. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until vegan mayo becomes thick and creamy. 3. Pour In A Storage Container or Jar and Refrigerate for up to 1-2 weeks.
