Iris' favorite drink recipe
This is how I make my current favorite drink. It's low calorie and has some healthy nutrients :) For 1 person 2-3 ice cubes 1 cup of your favorite milk small handful or baby spinach 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional: strawberries, blueberries, banana etc Optional sweetener: Stevia, honey, agave Blend until smooth (1 minute) Enjoy!
