Team Fortress 2 Taunt Glitch

A weird glitch occured when me and my friend played TF2 When using the taunt Results Are In, while using a weapon (like the medi gun) he suddenly makes the handle longer and throws it away like a piece of trash, but the primary and meele weapon just floats over his head.. weird stuff
