Mass Effect: Andromeda Glitch: Jaal Is Dead Forever

This glitch one is nuts. While playing ME:A, my buddy Jaal died fighting Kett, and the prompt to revive him never popped up for me. So I started doing other stuff to try and get the game to auto-revive him or something (so I fast-traveled a lot and ran around like an idiot). The results turned out to be quite interesting--Cora wound up glitching on the Tempest, and Jaal became airborne. I only resolved this by reloading an earlier save and replaying some of the game.
