Diagnosing Internet Issues - with ipconfig, nslookup, ping and tracert - Second in a series In this video, I show how to use the fab 4 tools, ipconfig, nslookup, ping and tracert to find out diagnostic information from your machine about your network. Additionally, I am developing and close to releasing a program to run on Windows to gather the information that I would use to diagnose, or at least begin diagnosing a Windows computer having network issues. So far, I have tested it on Windows 7 and 10 and it works to sniff out "common" problems without using command-prompt, typing commands and interpreting results. It has also been written to be able to be on repeat to try to collect intermittency problems.
