K93(iPad2,1) Downgrade from iOS 9.2.1 to 4.3.3, 5.1.1, 6.1.3, and 7.1.2

This can be achieved through saving SHSH blobs. In my case, I have all SHSH blobs for these versions allowing me to use the IOS 4 downgrade method, @ih8sn0w's re-restore bug, and @winocm's kloader to get to all these versions.
