Note: This is certified to use in Mainland China not the U.S. However if you are away from home and want notifications this will be perfect. It works with Homekit through the new Aqara hub. It works with the Aqara app with the United States as the region and the app unlocks more features to adjust the smoke detection settings. This is one of the cheapest smoke detectors on the market. 0:07 UNBOXING 0:36 INSTALL 1:20 SETUP Didn't catch all the steps? Here they are! 1. Open the Aqara app 2. Add the Aqara hub 3. Confirm yellow light is blinking 4. Make sure the wifi is 2.4ghz 5. Scan the Homekit code 6. Rename accessory if desired 7. Go to your profile and sign out 8. Click on Homekit mode 9. Add accessory 10. Search for Smart Smoke Detector 11. Choose your hub 12. Press the Smoke Detector 3 times 13. Assign it to a room 14. Sign back into your Aqara account 15.
