Stevia White Chocolate - Crock Pot / Mixer method
The quest goes on to make a low calorie, sugar-free, low glycemic impact white chocolate with Stevia. I felt that my last batch would have been better if I had mixed it for a long period. I chose not to change the ingredients much (just a little less salt) so I could see if the mixing duration would improve the end product. There is a point where I strain the chocolate; that action made the chocolate less granular than the effect of mixing it over night.
