Fender Twin Demo
My first couple of minutes on my new Fender Twin I'm playing through a 100w 'The Twin' Fender Amp, but playing it at 1/4 power. Seriously, the most beautiful most proffessional piece of kit I've ever been lucky enough to own I'm playing my 50s Reissue Stratocaster through it, completely clean. I have no pedals through it, just plugged in direct. The different between the Fender Twin Reverb and the Fender 'The Twin' is that the Fender Twin has two channels, one clean and one with optional gain, in this video I give both a try. Check out 1:10 for the 2nd channel with some drive on it, I also switched to the front pick ups there to really emphasise the gritty high frequencies you can get out of this. Oh should probably say also, this was recorded just with a standard Sony Handycam Video Camera, but it recorded in a crazy format and so the sound was the only thing i could retrieve, so i'll just leave you to dream about how glorious it looks! sorry Such a beautiful amp Enjoy Fraser James
