Here is a 7-minute sound meditation practice with Koshi bells for self-healing during the day. Koshi embodies the music of the wind. It's a musical instrument with a fantastically beautiful sound. Koshi was created by Kabir, a French craftsman manufacturing such miraculous instruments in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The Koshi bell can't be mixed up with any other analogues. Inside the bamboo cylinder there are eight steel rods precisely tuned to a certain note, which the bell tongue hits and thus creates beautiful tunes.
