I first discovered ASMR in 2015 right after I got into a car accident that caused me to get PTSD. I wasn’t able to sleep at night and the accident would replay over and over again. Until my older brother told me about a video that helped him relax. From that video on, I became obsessed with ASMR and would always listen to it for sleep. Now I’m learning and trying to put effort into these videos to somehow help other people find a way to relax and possibly cope with any issues they might have.
