S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Last Day 1.3 Increasing the Quality based on rank

So this guy must have had really good gear? He was really hard to get down. As you can see, it took my entire squad to take him down after I got hit. I enabled higher quality items on peoples of higher rank, because it just made sense. Made things a bit harder.
