Bishop Vital Grandin - Creativity & Bravery

Vital Grandin was a missionary who stood up for the marginalized members of society and dared to go where no one else would. He volunteered to travel to North America and spread the word of God despite undertaking no formal training working with native populations. He became a champion for the rights of local tribes and used a range of creative approaches as he facilitated the construction of many schools, hospitals, churches and orphanages in areas that needed them most. Father Vital Grandin showed courage and creativity in his decisions. In our House, we aspire to follow in his footsteps as men of courage, conviction and creativity.
