MSFS | WHICH CPU? | Intel or AMD | I am upgrading and why I chose to go with....?

Time for me to upgrade my PC after nearly 4 years of faithful service from my Intel 8th Gen i7 8700K. My PC is primarily used to run flight simulation. AMD for the first time are very strong contenders with their series 5000 chips, outperforming Intel in many areas. I also look at the latest 11th Gen CPU's released in March from Intel.
