Mini 0801 car DVR compressed to 80% quality JPEG

That is the video from my Mini 0801 dash camera with Ambarella chip Te video is compressed with "MPEG Streamclip" softwear, sound is muted deliberately. Original video is recorded in MOV and had 1.4Gb now it is JPEG 78.3MB The camera's files of 3 min are about 250Mb
