READ ALONG TO PRACTICE YOUR ENGLISH: So, ah, yesterday I had a stuffed up nose. That's gone away a little bit. Today I have a sore throat. A sore throat is when your throat inside is all scratchy. You can kind of hear it in my voice. My voice sounds a little bit rough this morning. So my strategy is to take throat lozenges. I have my throat lozenges right here, take a few of these today. And I'm going to try and talk very little, which is going to be hard because I'm a teacher, but that's my strategy. Take throat lozenges to soothe my throat and try not to talk. Have a good day.
