A typical East TN backyard project where drainage is needed in conjunction with a section of retaining wall, in this case a dry stack 18" - 24".
Besides wanting a large section of wildflowers along the back fence the homeowner didn't request any special planting considerations so it was a freeform concept in that regard. Budget is in the range of 15-20k including a front yard reno.
